Professor Dr. Alaa Ibrahim Mahmoud from the Faculty of law, Karbala University, participated in the chairmanship of the discussion Committee for the master’s thesis in administrative law marked (the impact of illegal administrative decision in the legal status of the employee comparative study), which took place on the Hall of the late Professor Dr. Abbas Husseini, and he recorded a number of scientific observations.
